The lift contractor will service both lifts in each tower in turn. Emergency access is through Tower A.
Technicians will test the brakes, cables and door sensors and replace worn parts. If any lift needs a spare part, the work may continue on the next day.
Residents with mobility needs can ask the security desk for help in carrying groceries.
